I still havent put in my Grey Giant code yet, and I wont put in my CE code til NF goes live.
And to those of you who put your codes in, im both a skeptic and an optimist- im sure you have nothing to worry about.

I emailed support about this problem and they said that Nightfall wouldn't appear until they unlocked the servers on Friday so try not to worry everyone

I think when they unlock the Nightfall server, those keys will be activated. You shouldn't be worried.

Actually here is the BAD news:
Some people (with the CE) have the CE signature dances listed on their accounts, and some people do not.
In the case that this is NOT fixed with release, here are the steps you must take to get support to put those goodies back on your account:
NOTE: I hope you have a digital camera. If you don't this may take you a LONG time.
1. Photograph everything, the box, the book the cd's - take multiples! Support will want evidence that you did indeed purchase the CE.
2. Scan in your receipt, and make sure it is readable!
3. Scan in your game card key and make sure it is readable.
4. Start a support ticket and attatch all the evidence (photos and scans) and write politely, in full and (fairly) grammatically correct sentences that:
- you bought the CE
- the evidence is attatched
- the CE is not working as advertised
- no signature dances
- no Varesh pet (IF APPLICABLE)
You might want to think about taking a screenie of your key section too for attatchment.
Please, please, please be polite. Support shouldn't be dealing with this but occassionally they have to. My Prophcies CE bug was fixed within 2-3 days. Acting pissed off, angry, or self-righteous will not get you anywhere, and may HURT the rest of us who are also trying to get our CE accounts fixed.

umm, not sure if this is gona work for everyone, but it seems that after I put in the DVD to install the game, the char slots showed up, and the account now shows that I have access to Nightfall.

added my keys....preorder and nf.....no slots, but typed in /bonusitems and got a mini varesh and my goty items.....glad I had space on my character for them all!

Cosy - this appears to be an EU account/key problem. If you are on the NA server with an NA key, you should not have this problem.

I entered my NF CE key along with the bonus key which I entered a few weeks ago. I recieved varesh mini pet but I only get 2 char slots. I'm missing one slot, it should have been 3

I entered my key (bonus first) and I've had no problems. I'm on US servers and have the EU version of the game.
